5 Am Club
Then, since the book was written in 4 years, how can I absorb it in a week and write a review? I have been reading and reflecting on this book since last year. A few things are amazing to share.
Are you an early riser, still struggling to maintain a healthy routine in your life? Regardless of doing house chores, courses, volunteer work, using all your energy and time in so many things need to be pursued and feel empty, not accomplished, on the contrary, it's burning out ...
I have read this book with the intention to what I am doing wrong. Why am I not achieving the required results, regardless of having so much potential?
"It's never too late to start to become legendary", enlightened hope inside me
Writer claims heroic transformation, let's see what we conquer.
The writer has tried his best to engage the reader with the book through a story of an artist, who wants to create incredible art and a young entrepreneur, suffering from depression of a new management in the company who wants to kick her out.
A Daily philosophy of becoming legendary.

Reasons for not being focused
- We all have so much potential and abilities, if we write it down and plan it, we will see, a lot of things can be done. But 'time nahi', because we have become cyber zombies, going far from original and authentic values.
- It feels like information is being copied and pasted from one to another. Our actions are different from our talk. this isn't a dilemma of today's generation.
As it mentioned in Quran,in juz 28 , surah As saf ayah 2
(61:2)
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لِمَ تَقُولُونَ مَا لَا تَفْعَلُونَ ٢
O believers! Why do you say what you do not do?
- We are to much demanding, but on the other side, if we see in history we will observe "The great women and men were givers, not takers."
Beautiful isn't, we always focus on what we will get, and forget what I can give within my given resources. Half of the complaints will return back, on having this mindset.
- Doing it half heartedly, lazily, and just to finish it. there was a line in the book hit me
" No one needs to jam in mediocrity.. everyone has potential and instinct to do excellent."
This reminds me of the Ayah of Surah Mulk: (67:2)
ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ ٱلْمَوْتَ وَٱلْحَيَوٰةَ لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ أَيُّكُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلًۭا ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْغَفُورُ ٢
˹He is the One˺ Who created death and life in order to test which of you is best in deeds. And He is the Almighty, All-Forgiving.
Allah gave us a purpose, life goals to do good, and take it to the excellence.
Sheitan put us in self-doubt, excuses, and fears. Our endless responsibilities and unimportant pursuits are stealing our originality and authenticity.
We can't achieve A-level life with C level performance. We should have to develop a system of good habits to achieve our ultra-high goals, whether it's couple Goals, study goals, family goals, or career goals.
Allah has made the human brain, which is an amazing thing.. Whatever we think and feed, it's start working in that way. It's called neuroplasticity.
- Not being mindful. Are we doing what we are required and asked to do? Are we disciplined and steadfast? Putting work behind and indulging in switching social apps is not a wise thing. It took our peace and freedom. keep a wise eye on whether this Digital world is making us slaves instead of liberating us.
- Overthinking, we shouldn't be trapped by our past, even if we are successful in many ways, but still, some dark sides of life are dragging us and disturbing us. No need to pay any heed, just start fresh. This is what I have learned in the Quran: Repent, the door of Tauba (forgiveness) is opened until the day of Malk al maut arrives. Give a new start. We have become cyber zombies; we have to safeguard our cognitive assets. Our brain, our eyes, and our hearts should not be tired by endless scrolling and repeating content. Too much information makes us less bothered. Instead, we have to learn how we transform information into results.
- Comfort Zone is the biggest trap. Write it on your walls: "world class begins where comfort zone ends."
Solutions:
Life is too short, so we should not waste on useless pursuits.
Allthough the same theme has been opening with layers of how we have been suffering from digital diarrhea. Consuming our precious time, stealing our energy. But if we use it to elevate our skills, it would be a great help. You will agree on when we study , watch an informational video and ponder, it satisfies our hunger for learning. And we feel good for entire day that, we have done something useful.
On the other side, how wasting time awakens your guilt system and alarms you to come back to track, congratulations , you are on self-improving journey.

Chapter 3 , An unexpected encounter with a surprising stranger
In this chapter there are three character introduced:
Enterperneure: She is disappointed, disheartened and hurt by its company's new colleagues, they want to put her back. . . She gave her beautiful years to her business... She came to seminar to restore her hopes. It worked , although she is not processing the whole speech but still she has started feeling to adopt a new change.
An Artist: whos is a good one in his own way , but his demons seemed to have control over him to produce a legendary art pieces ... Spell binders lectures push him to grow more ...
A homeless man : who is a big fan and successful business man in a rought and tough look. He is hiding himself under this costume.

Chapter 4
Is about mideocerity ,
Some times one habit can fix many things. Writer emphasized on waking up early and adopting exercises, meditation routine, planning and doing important things before the world's wake-up.
Here is the twist... Im going to keep myself in a mirror:
Im waking up early for fajar
Going for a walk
Gym
But still struggling with productivity..
What could be the reason?

So I have learned that I should indulge my self in some useful things which aligns my goals and purpose.
To become a legendary is not easy, we have to put hard work, mange multiple things, expand our learnings and become supper proactive, self motivated.
Chapter 4,
You cant win the game if you dont play.
The Home less man invited them to teach mastery skills of his 5 am club, with little hesitation they accepted it .
One thing I learned, to envision the your next day and feel full confident in the realms of possibilities. Do your best .

Rule 2 :
Excuse breed no genius. Just because you haven't installed the early rising habit before doesn't mean you can't do it now. Release your Rationaizations and remember that small dail improvements, when don consistently over time, lead to stunning results.
Rule3:
All change is hard at first, messy in the middle and gorgeous at the end. Everything you now find easy you first found difficult. With consistent practice, getting up with the sun will become your new normal. And automatic.
Rule 4:
To have the results the top 5% of producers have, you must start doing what 95% of people are unwilling to do. As you start to live like this, the majority will call you crazy. Remember that being labelled a freak is the price of greatness.
Rule 5:

Its like your brain is a village, there are many pathways, roads streets. More you travel on these roads and ways more it strong... And previous ones weak...
Like you have decided you will stop using sugr or any things made out of suga... You avoid in breakfast, then you avoid in lunch ... You are ont he road of avoiding sugar and its getting stronger and then you avoid in night ... The pathway of consuming suger is start getting weaker... You keep practicing one week then month then year .. automatically you stoped craving for it... Anew habit is now automated.
It means more you get self control more you become displine.. it regulates your life.. you start leaving comfort zones , your ne beliefs and perspectives is real taste of hardworking, relentless, resilience, patience, calmness ....
Train your brain in something good not bad ... You see the clearity...
