We all want to be great, and easily ready to adopt healthy habits. But we don't keep the momentum up, we can't be consistent, and our enthusiasm and passion can not last until the very end. why? Contrary to quitting bad habits become so hard. junk food, sweat cravings, watching Netflix in the loop, hating mundane daily tasks, watching reels, lying on the sofa all day. There is a long list of unproductive behaviors, and we all are struggling.
Every year in January we make resolutions to be active, healthy, smart, productive, and peaceful, we all are very active in the first week of January, and then by the second week what happens?

We find shortcuts, adopt faded diets, and ruin our health. and obsessed with achieving goals nature makes us impatient and we give up. Instead, we need to focus on the process and adopt daily small steps to be consistent, eventually, we will realize the results are not the prize, the journey, the process is the ultimate product.
